Working principle: When the high-pressure pump head component works, the material is sucked into the pump chamber through a one-way valve. Under the force of the plunger, the fluid material between the pump chamber and the homogeneous valve seat will generate a high pressure. When the high-pressure material passes through the homogeneous valve component, the following three homogenization reactions occur: ① shear action, the gap between the homogeneous valve seat and the valve core is very small, causing shear on the material particles; ② Correspondingly, the material extruded at high speed loses pressure instantly, ultimately achieving the goal of uniform distribution of the material; ③ The collision effect causes the material extruded at high speed to collide with the collision ring, resulting in impact crushing.
