To ensure safety, it is necessary to confirm that the power socket is grounded before using the vortex mixer. When using, staff need to wear work clothes to avoid accidental injury caused by mechanical vibration force that may break glass containers, or entanglement of the body, hair, clothing, and jewelry.

When using a handheld support rod, be sure to hold the instrument with your hand and keep it as stable as possible to prevent liquid splashing due to instrument movement. We need to keep the sample tube as vertical as possible, apply the minimum required pressure during the mixing process, and use accessories when handling multiple samples.

The mixer needs to be placed in a spacious and ventilated area, ensuring that the workbench is stable, clean, slip resistant, dry, and fire-resistant. Do not operate this instrument in explosive environments, hazardous substances, or underwater.

Before starting work, we need to set the speed control knob to the lowest and gradually increase the speed. When working, please operate within the indicated area. Continuous operation requires operation in the low-speed zone, while jog operation requires operation in the high-speed zone. If the instrument resonates during the oscillation process, it is necessary to reduce the speed as soon as possible. If the rotational speed is too high, causing liquid to splash out, or if the instrument rotates unevenly and starts to move, the rotational speed must be lowered.

Before each work, we should check whether the mixer and accessories are damaged, and do not use damaged parts. When oscillating a single sample with attachments, please place the oscillation container in the center position. When oscillating multiple samples, please splice the oscillation container and distribute it on the accessories. Before installing/replacing accessories, it is necessary to cut off the power first.

The mixer will generate heat during use, which is a normal phenomenon. We should avoid using containers with sharp edges to wear down the mixing head, to prevent impact, squeezing of instruments or accessories, in order to extend the service life of the mixer.
